Missed canal?

Hello. My 36th tooth hurts when I press it from cheek side. This pain appeared right after canal treatment some months ago and it intencity doesn't change. And on CT scan i see something looking like 4th canal. Can it be missed canal that causes pain? Thank you

It does appear like there is a fourth canal. I would consider doing a RCT re-do on this tooth.
