Left side of tongue raised after sticking out the tongue

Hello everyone,

Hope you are doing well. I have one question about my tongue. Basically, when I stick it out, my tongue deviates slightly to the right. Also, when I curl up my tongue, the left side is slightly more raised than the right side. Any input on this would be appreciated.
