Very confused. After a fall in December had UL1 and 2 root canalled. UL1 had gone pink. Pain worse after each procedure- 3 procedures. RCT xray twi weeks after look clean. Pain ongoing- saw oral surgeon who suggested neuropathic . Trialled anytriptiline and no longer have pain in cheek and sinuses BUT 3 .8 months on still intermittent gum swelling and pain in UL1. Dentist suspects vrf . Endo says no evidence of vrf on scans snd says no, oral surgeon says leave it another 4 months. The gum swelling was back yesterday and i get stuffy sinus too when that happens. Pain even on flossing in Ul1. Any advice?
