Implant fallen out??

Hi
I had implant surgery 4 weeks ago and a metal screw came out of my mouth last night.
Is it the implant itself or just a healing screw/cap, please?
My dentist is closed over the weekend!

Implant come out with healing cap attached. That's the end of that - can't be re-used, sorry.

I suspected that thanks how the hell did it literally
fall out after 4 weeks!!!!
