Here is the film of that tooth (last before wisdom one). It is almost ruined in the last 2 month (except the backside wall and nearby), but I need to save it. What is black inside this tooth. Is that bifurcation, the granuloma under the upper tooth part. How to cure it? This granuloma probably evolved through the last year as I did not chewing for that part except some month about end of May and first part of June.
