Hi all,
I normally whiten my teeth with at home whitening trays, once or twice a month, for 90 minutes and one session only.
Whitening is done this often because I am a heavy black coffee drinker (up to 9 large cups a day) but intend to only drink coffee through a straw going forward.
The whitener is Zoom brand and comes from my dentist office.
Upon dental advice, I whitened the night before edge bonding on my front tooth on Wednesday of this week.
Now that bonding has been done, should I whiten at the same rate, less or more?
My natural teeth are shade A1 when whitened and this is the shade to which the bonding was matched.
Many thanks in advance.
