I have recently noticed a hard white clump on one of my molars with a black dot - does anyone know what it is or if it is a hole ? I have no pain in the tooth and brush and floss my teeth regularly. I had a filling as a child but can't remember which tooth was treated. Any help is greatly appreciated.
