Gum feels puffy and tooth feels like it's almost out of place. Getting it checked out on the 5th.

On the photo everything appears normal. You can take an x-ray to be sure. Also consider possible sinus infection, which sometimes makes a tooth feel out of place or " longer".

That actually makes alot of sense. I have had sinus pressure and somewhat of an infection the last couple of days. Thank you!
