Dark spots

Hello everybody! I noticed I have dark spots on some teeth (see picture). My last dental check-up was about 10-12 weeks ago. I had 2 interproximal cavities that did not need fillings at that time. Do you think the pictured spots are carious? Thank you!

Other question: Do you think the circled tooth #5 needs a sealant? I have a sealant on circled tooth #6. Here is a closer look. Thank you!
