I had the crown put on my two front teeth Ten to 12 years ago. Now when I tap one of them hard, it hurts. I have a cold and a sinus condition, and head cold. Could these conditions contribute to why my crown hurts when I tap it. Thanks

I had this problem some years ago. I'd developed an abscess under the crown & my dentist had to drill through it to do root canal work. If they did root canal on your tooth before the crown was fitted, then ignore me :)
