Hello, I have had bruxism for years and I use a discharge splint made by my dentist since that time, sometimes I notice that I clench my teeth as if I bite when I am talking, but only sometimes it is not always, 4 months ago I checked the splint with the dentist and also a general check-up, and everything was fine, I wanted to know if that gritting my teeth while I speak is part of the bruxism and the stress that I suffer or is it something else ...
