One week ago I had porcelain vaneers fitted and yesterday when flossing an entire vaneer popped off, I have undertaken great care and have kept to a soft food diet brushing regularly twice a day with thrnrecommenddd toothbrush as suggested by the dentist

What could be the cause of this? There is no sign of damage to the vaneer it simply came off

The main risk factor of veneers is the fact that they can dislodge. You have to be very careful with flossing, since they can also dislodge the veneers. Also be very careful when eating foods. Take the veneer back to the dentist and let him recement it. If it continues to dislodge, the design of the veneers needs to be checked as well as the occlusion.
