unsure if cavities or my tooth shape

So i noticed i have 3 small medium deep holes on the same tooth on both sides, they dont hurt or anything and they are not dark or any such signs up decay but im not sure if its how my teeth are supposed to look or if its small decays, ( i have a planned dentist time, but its stressing me out and i would like a piece of mind)
