Swelling on hard palate

Help! i’ve noticed a swelling on the right side of my hard palate. It’s painless and feels soft and squishy to touch. any ideas what it could be? Any advice welcome, im worried.

Pic is too blurry. I doubt that it is of any concern. Take a better pic (if you can), then take another one in 4 weeks time.

Is this picture clearer? it’s been there a couple months. The tooth above it has some black on it so i’m not sure if it’s related but there’s no pain
