Strawberry Tongue?

Please help me verify if this is strawberry tongue. Due to certain circumstances I am unable to see a doctor/dentist now, and would greatly appreciate any help in identifying why my tongue is white with red spots/bumps.

This is papillae, which is normal on the tongue.
