Pulling teeth before they're ready?

Hello,

Please see the attached pictures. My son's mom (we're not together anymore) has this collection. My son has never had a visit from the tooth fairy while here with me, as she often pulls his loose teeth before they're even ready - before he comes to see me. Is it evident to tell if the teeth were ready to come out from the pictures?

Looks about the correct teeth for a 7yo. All the roots have been eaten away (resorbed) as to be expected. You can't pull out baby teeth unless they are very close to this stage.
