The bone you see behind Molar 31 extraction has recently appeared about the 4th day after surgical extraction. They had to really get in there due to the crown breaking off below gum line. They seemed sure they recovered all pieces so I’m curious if this is a broken bone within the jaw? Medium Soreness associated. Should I be worried??
