Post wisdom tooth extraction - help

Hello,

I had my bottom wisdom tooth and molar in front removed 3 days ago and I don't know what it's supposed to look like, but I'm not sure if a blood clot formed or this whiteish thing is normal? I have no pain, just a bit sore.

Can someone please reassure me? Thank you.

Takes 2-3 weeks for initial healing of a socket.

If no pain, no foul smell, monitor for now. Soft diet. Remember to still keep up with good oral hygiene, rinse with saline after a meal, for 1 week, take ½ a teaspoon of salt, dissolve in warm water and very gently bathe area for 1 minute.

If symptoms/severe pain arise, please go visit your dentist.
