my main front tooth teeth are both crowns and ten over 10 years ago. I have now got gum disease so my gums recede and been told some bone loss from the last xray I had couple of months ago.
I now have a gap which has come over the last 5 years and is getting somewhat bigger and the crowns have a gap at the top of them. The gap looks awful but dentist said there is nothing they can do so I am exceptionally worried as this gap is moving fast. I dont smile and now do not show my teeth and very conscious of them
is there anything I can do?

Did you see a dentist only or a periodontist? IF the gum disease is indeed stable, the gap can be fixed with either orthodontic treatment or by crowning the teeth. Note that crowns might make the teeth look larger and perhaps unnatural, so I would advise doing proper planning when considering crowns.
