Instead of getting better, the pain is getting worse. My jaw hurts so bad. Is this infected? I’m taking Amoxicillin, ibuprofen and Tylenol

It seems like there is lots of inflammation present and since the pain is getting worse, this is an indication of a dry socket.
Dry sockets usually appear after 4 to 5 days.
It is also more common in the bottom jaw.
I woulf suggest going back to the treating dentist/surgeon so that the socket can be rinsed out and treated.
