deep bite and bonding

one of my patient with deep bite had 31and 41 proximal caries,did the bonding ,maintained anterior guidance guideline. but was unable to maintain the bonding.can anyone help me to solve this

Most of the time when this happens the front teeth overlaps too much which is the actual overbite. To fix the over jet you need to first fix the overbite which normally requires braces on all the back teeth. Dental bonding cannot fix an overbite but it can improve the appearance of the small gap between you front teeth. I would suggest you consult a good cosmetic dentist who will give you your options.
