I had 15 extracted 3 days ago, dentist said was granuloma, but I'm not trusting this one so much
Tooth had retro apical resection/obturation 10 years ago. Since then, sinusal membeane looks perforated on CBCT with no sinisitis
Was considering increasing crestal height using cerabone (no periodintal disease but 30years ago coronal elongation after fracture of 15) but sinus lift is to be considered , maybe to try repair sinusal membrane.
What is your opinion on best attitude now? Should I wait 2.5mo or can I have at least cavity filled then in 2.5 mo opened sinus lift to gain addition from apical?
