Bottom of left lateral tongue look like glossy and small white lesions ?

Dear sir,
I want to know what is this? I saw small white lesions and glossy patch on my tongue. i am worried about it. Is it the normal shape of my tongue or not?Please reply to me sir .Thank you so much
