I woke up with pain on my side of the tongue and it looks very weird, All i can recognise is this white ulcer, there are fluid bumps and and dark spots which i can't recognise. Any thoughts on how did i get this or what condition is this?. Before i'll consult a doctor is there any home remedies?

This could be a traumatic ulcer or an apthous ulcer, both of which should disappear within 7-10 days. You can try rinsing with some saltwater at home first. If the lesion is still present after 2 weeks, go see your dentist.
