Can someone help me. I have a white roof of mouth with bumps on the back of my throat.

I’ve noticed that the roof of my mouth has turned white and bumps formed on the back of my throat. It seems that my tonsils are inflamed a little also. I keep having mucus build up in the back of my throat but don’t have a fever or anything.
