Hello guys,I am 19 years old and have never been the best with taking care of my teeth. Within the past couple weeks I have noticed that I can feel a notch below my bottom front teeth,almost like it's sticking out at the gumline. When looking at it in the mirror the area is very very white compared to the rest of my teeth. Tonight I had a very small part of this area chip off and now I see my gum again. What is this exactly? Is it actually an exposed part of my tooth? Built up tarter? Any help would be appreciated!
