Weird Teeth

Hey Guys, i was brushing and realised the teeth next to the two big ones on the top row were slightly bent in (they usualy are but i dont know if its me or if it has got worse) i had a deep filling a few months back and they didn't pick up on it neither did my last apointment about a year ago tell me anything was wrong there, im a male, 16, and was wondering if this was normal if it will go or if its an emergency,
any advice welcome

On which tooth was the filling done

I dont think it is and the filling was done on the left (bottom), 4 away from the left of the middle teeth
