Pain and dizzy spells

Hi There

I had an upper molar amalgam re-filling 2 months ago which was a lot deeper than previous.
I left dental practice with slight jaw ache. Next day had head/neck ache and 2 days later got fever and severe ear ache.
Additionally my tooth was extremely sensitive to hot and cold but has become a lot better since. (Doctor said my ear looked bright red).

2 months later I am better but the skin on my ear is painful to touch. I often feel lightheaded/dizzy and occasional pain
just above ear and occasionally, briefly my forehead gets painful like a little sting.

Any idea what could be the cause of this?

I re-visited my dentist a while back who said all looked normal.

It does not sound like this is tooth related. I would suggest seeing your medical doctor for this, or an ENT. ( Ear, nose and throat specialist).
Might be something wrong with your ear or sinuses.
