Please help me. I got confused by many dentists.

    1. Does this show that it have an abscess?

    2. Does this tooth also have a cavity ?

    Thank you very much

Here's your image back again. There is a highly likely abscess at tip of 36 apex, and likely decay at distal of 37. To confirm the abscess on 36, the tooth should be pulp-tested for cold sensitivity, plus percussion tested, plus see if there's any swelling or perio pocket. There looks like decay at back of the 37 (2nd molar), which would most likely have been caused by an impacted wisdom tooth in the past. The small amount of damage you're pointing to at the front edge is insignificant, and I would leave that alone.

Sure, thank you, Doc. Appreciate it. Thank you. I will get a filling for the second molar and there was an impacted wisdom tooth before. Thank you very much!
