The last 2 pictures have a black hole that I'm not sure about. If the black hole is in the back of the upper arch, it could possibly be a sinus perforation, not so much in the upper anterior. As long as you are not in severe pain and or swelling, watch for the black hole to disappear or you can go back to close it up.
