Is it normal for implants to move/be lower down?

I got #3 and 4 implants about 3 weeks ago with a sinus tent for #4

I was wondering if it’s normal for #3 to be hanging a bit lower and moves when I press lightly with a qtip? For ref #4 is more flush with my gums and doesn’t appear to move with a qtip in comparison.

I’ve been brushing over lightly with my manual toothbrush, I’m worried maybe I shouldn’t have been doing that.

Thanks vey much

It might be that the healing abutment is a little bit loose. You can go back to the surgeon or a dentist that does implants, in order to make sure that the abutment is tightened.

Thanks so much, I did go in to double check and it turns out my body was rejecting both implants, potentially due to an allergy of a coating used? I didn't realize titanium implants were alloyed with other metals or that I had a potential allergy to one

This is also something I have not experienced with a patient myself, so you must be a rare case.

Could it also be from blowing my nose, or inadvertently chewing on the implant? The bone graft I had done that day also failed in a week's time, the doc said my tissue was likely still quite inflamed which made the tissues too soft for the sutures? I had it redone this time sealed with glue and sutures, not a membrane and sutures and I feel it straining again/suctioning when talking at work. I'm paranoid I'm going to lose it again
