Hello what could this be?

I just saw this today after brushing, i use a spinbrush but not sure if that caused it.


I also woke up with my lymph swollen righ under my jaw in one spot(not sure that has something to do with it)

I am also of Fosamax. As well i have had lots of fillings but no gum issues.

Thaks for any advice
