Do i need metal braces or can i have invisaligners?

Attended dentist today and dentist advised I'd need metal braces to sort this. He did say he wasn't qualified in that part
Can any orthodontist on here look and let me know what they think please.
Upper arch narrowing and the first photo is My bite which I believe is an openbite or crossbite

I would suggest going in for a consult with an orthodontist. Although your teeth can be straightened with aligner treatment, the crossbite might be too complicated to treat. There might be an underlying jaw size or positioning issue. An orthodontist will take the required radio-graphs and do the appropriate measurements in order to determine the type and length of the treatment required. Orthodontist can also do aligners if possible. Rather be safe and do it the correct way.
