Dentistry school question transfering to the US

Hey guys! Pleased to meet all the future dentists around hahahaha, anyways so I have this question Ive been accepted into dentistry school but the thing is you don't need the 4 years of a Bachelors degree will this affect me when I want to specialize after I move back to the US?
