Nose problems with wisdom teeth surgery

I'm having wisdom teeth surgery soon and I'm getting put under with general anesthesia, but I have chronic problems where I cant breathe well or at all through my nose. Should I be worried getting oral surgery or being put under?

Putting you under general anesthesia is a very big deal and usually the oral surgeon will assess your risk factors such as breathing problems and any other problems such as heart conditions.
