Something going on with #18, large filling with associated radiolucency. Also has some bony defect on the distal.

The x-ray is not the best quality. It actually doesn't look like there is any widening of the PDL space. I don't see any signs of infection. There is a deep filling however. Are you experiencing any pain? Additional info needed.
