Micro cavity dentist and hygienist ignored I might need to get filled after my next visit in January-February?

So after skipping out on the dentist for 5 years I have to get three luckily small fillings, also see about getting my top wisdoms removed because their position has caused larger cavities to form on each.

Difficult to judge from the photo if it is indeed a cavity or only stained pits and fissures. To be 100% sure, a clinical exam and x-ray is needed.
