Braces without extraction

Is it possible to straighten my teeth without removing healthy teeth. 1.3 is only root leftover and 2.7 has a big hole.
I dont want any other healthy teeth removed. From now on im going to care for my teeth. Im really dissatisfied with 1.1 and 1.2

Even from that blurry photo, it looks like you have a number of cavities. You will have to go to a dentist to get things sorted, and also an orthodontist. The loss of 13 is difficult to recover from, and the 14 looks like it might have serious trouble.
