somebody help!

I'm new to this forum. I'm desperate. I had a wisdom tooth and a molar removed 5 days ago and I'm having horrible pain. I'm pretty sure it's dry socket. My dentist is closed for Christmas. Actually, all the dentists are closed in the small town I live in. Should I go to the ER? Do they have what's necessary to treat this problem? And... to further complicate things, I take suboxone(buprenorphine/naloxone) which s an opiate antagonist, so traditional pain meds won't work. Please help!!!!!

go to the ER. you wouldn't know if they do have whats necessary unless you go. doesn't seem like you have many options.
