Do I have gingivitis? Whats the reason for my protruding molar

Hello, my first premolar on my bottom teeth is protruding outwards a bit and it’s painful in that area. It’s unlike the parallel molar to it which is standing normally. I also am wondering if I have gingivitis as that might be a reason I’m thinking for my molar to shift like this. Thanks for your answers!
