Thanks for response.If your teeth are indeed mobile, there is a high chance that you have a gum and bone disease called periodontitis. Although the four front teeth might need to be removed, I would not consider doing any implants unless the periodontal disease has been stabilized. You need to so a dentist, for a full consultation and x-rays, with a possible referral to a periodontist as well before any implants can be considered. Otherwise you will end up losing the implants as well
