Retainers dont fit anymore

Hi, my top set of wired retainers don’t fit anymore (unless I really force them on) and I’ve found out that it’s due to my front 2 incisors moving forwards

What are my options here please to correct those incisors?

Are you talking about fixed wire retainers or removable retainers? If they are removable, have you been wearing it as prescribed? If the teeth have indeed shifted, the only way to fix this, is to either opt for an orthodontic appliance ( fixed or removable, based on the amount of movement needed ). This can include options such as Invisalign or other removable orthodontic appliances.
