Hello everyone I have been dealing with a bit of acid reflux and I am now on tablets that help it but I have recently noticed these bumps. I am quite a hypochondriac and very paranoid and always think the worst this could be normal but my mind is telling me different please can someone have a look and reassure me I am quite stressed at the moment thank you
