I'd appreciate some opinion here from someone who knows more about gum problems than I do.
I found some strange, painless marks on my gum. They look like two small dots and some marks... Hard to describe, so I attached a picture.
I also have some on and off strange tingling numbness in my lips on the same side as the marks are on my gum. Started on the day after I discovered the gum issue.
A bit worried as this has been on for about a week now and thinking the scariest, cancer or something nasty like that... unfortunately in current Covid situation I am not sure what it is I should do...
Anyone has any thoughts as what this could be?
