Worn Front Teeth

Mt top front teeth are badly worn and need to be restored. My dentist advised me place 14 crowns on the lower to make space for crowns on the upper. We are talking about close to $30,000.00. This is crazy expensive !!!! Are there any other options?

Go for a second opinion with a prosthodontist. If you need to make space, then most likely you have a collapsed bite, due to prolonged bruxism. A good prosthodontist can maybe build up the back teeth with composite fillings, which would reduce the costs and create sufficient space for anterior crowns. You would need to wear a bite-plate afterwards though, to treat the bruxism issue.
