Wisdom tooth extraction

What is this (black/grey bubble)? I got a tooth extraction 3 days ago on Wednesday at 11:00am. Today is Friday 10:27pm. I just feel light headed and sleepy. I haven’t taken any medication for atleast the past 15 hours. No pain... please help
