I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 1 week ago and this evening after I brushed, I rinsed with the prescription mouth wash prescribed by the oral surgeon. After I rinsed, I noticed this white, sharp looking thing coming up from both sides of the extraction hole. Is this normal??
