wisdom teeth

i removed my wisdom teeth 2 days ago and the doctor couldnt remove it completly, he said a piece still there and he was afraid to cut the nerve so he left it there.
will i have an infection from that piece do i have to see someone else to take it out?

Wisdom teeth does not come out totally in a single time. It comes out slowly as you can say step bye step. It is quite paining. you should wait for some more time to come out completely and then go to a dentist to remove it.
