Wisdom teeth extraction infection?

Hello. My girlfriend had all four of her wisdom teeth taken out 10 days ago and now her gums are killing her. Here is a photo of what the bottoms look like. any help please! Is it infected or what. thank you!

I think you should go to your dentist as soon as possible. It's looking painful for you girlfriend.
