I kind of get why they don't want to give lab info over phone calls but a good idea for offices to do in the future is provide tracking from the lab. A crown is a product just like anything you order online. Plus if it arrives early it would save the front desk from having to call instead the PT just knows when it's there and might even be able to get scheduled sooner. Don't know I just feel like as a PT of multiple crowns we should be entitled to a tracking number to know when it's actually been delivered instead of calling for updates.
